I have booked Insane gas with Radikal gas service, opp. police choksi, RV Desai road.
& received msg dtd. 10 July as follows

Booking for Con No 29523 is registered with Ref No.750762.Refill expected delivery:3-5 days.Now pay for Indane refills by ur Debit/credit cards,e-wallets.

While not receiving refill, & no responses to calls, mails, & personal enquiry, found gas office As Closed.

They give priority to each & every customer.
Now cylinder working upto 45-50 days that is great for poor customers..

Default Cylinder given.Regulator not fitting to the mouth of the cylinder. Pl. Solve the issue immediately. Emergency No. 9409247247 switched off.

No response over phone as no one pick up phone on 26.02.2020 as I have tried to contact to enquire the status of my address change case. I have submitted the transfer form duly filled in and signed by after one week the same is not done. Unable to contact over phone to enquire the status. Very poor service

All the customer care numbers given on site are not working.....
