Respected sir,
I am old customer of Reliance using 149/- PM Billing plan and having “NO” grievance about your services till last month.
But, in the month of Jul-2017, company / system have automatically changed my billing plan without my consent. I have put my complaint about the same and on that the respective representative of Customer Care has confirmed that they have mistakenly implemented and you pay the bill amt. and they will revert with my original in 03 working days and adjust my excess amt in next monthly bill. But they didn’t do so…. and they have generated the Bill of Aug-2017 without and changes/ adjustments.
