My phone is lava iris 405+ .. My phone glass Brocken.. Please repairing me

Lava a68 is a bad phone. It has no software update coming.and lt is very lagging.it's front camera
Is only 0.2MP and it will being very hot when using for 5minutes.and it's charging is very slow. And when charge becomes 40percentage it will discharge like a rocket.but it has some good features like assistant,smart view,active shot, smart lock. I'm telling you to solve these problems.and make it a good phone
