I have booked for Refill on 13-03-2018 , Cash Memo No. : 3000208197 (Booking No. : 456568).Mine Customer ID No.: 7000127013.Till 26-03-2018 I haven't received LPG Cylinder , but I have received SMS saying Cash memo 3000208197 LPG Cylinder is delivered. Kindly deliver the Cylinder as early as possible. Also kindly explain how come I have received SMS without Cylinder delivery. This indicates that as per your record I have got refill cylinder. Think back on your service.

I booked gas's date 23/09/2018 booking no.531021 but not cylinder delivered further booked gas's 01/10/2018 but till date cylinder not delivered my mob.no.9717635333

Regulator is not functioning and gas is not flowing from cylinder.

I had book my gas on 23 feb.2019 and till date I have not received cylinder.
Secondly no body pick the call in gas agency.

ये kaptin गैस एजेंसी प्रताप विहार इनकी सर्विस बिलकुल ही बेकार और नाकारा हे गैस बुक करने बाद केंसिल हो जाती हे और कभी आती भी हे तो नातो वो गैस को तोलते और न ही उसकी कोई पर्ची देते कम से कम पर्ची तो आदमी देख कर उसमें रेट का पता मालूम कर तसल्ली तो करले ये वो भी नही देते और आगे सिलेंडर में कुछ दिक्कत हो तो वापस भी नही कर सकते क्योंकि उसकी पर्ची ही नही देते
