    Dear Sir,

    Subject to the title Without intimation our booking cylinder was return any intimation, i have received message from IG-INDAGE, reason was door closed message showing. my refil booking ref no 374022 & cash memo no - 3000218923 generated date on 17th february -2017. my home is always open. why cancelled reason has been closed.
    request you to please check and release our cylinder urgent basis.
