i have a priority basis gas connetion from iocl.today i face problem in my regulator thair was a leakage problem.i gone to savita gas agency i told them problem first they suggest me to pay some money for new regulator then i conveince that this connection is on iocl priority then they behave very rudly (agency owner mam) and provided me very old and bust regulator .i take regulator and checked at my home seen it was not working no gas was coming at outlet then again i face the same problem three times .they do not solve my problem .

Yesterday i had complaint for leakage of gas but they said the service will come tomorrow he came but the gas begin to glow we asked him to exchange the cylinder but he denied so iwant to register a complaint against him as he did not cooperate with public

I reffil my cylinder this bill number is 3000090256 and order number is 2000088069 on dated 27/09/18,
I pay the payment of digital mode of transaction but they only accept cash -

Savita gas agency people are very rude in behaviour and not giving proper response in anything. Many time i have to visit at agency for transfer of my connection but every time they make excuses and denied to transfer the account.
Area manager Indane should look after this type of issue. -
