    Some times when battery is about 49-45% its automatically come to 20% and after few minutes gets switched off.

    After i got Android update, battery is not working problem and volume up button is not working. Neither i can increase the volume nor i can take screenshots. In conclusion, after getting update phone is somewhere insane

    Dear , Sir/Madam
    Lava mobile is not good.
    My experience is very bad, I was buy a Mobil model No iris x8 .on 15 Jan. 2016 but from one month coming a problem so many times like HANGING and TOUCH is not working.

    So after that two time gone care centre but not solve my problems .MY COMPLAINT no Is below.
    IMEI no 911451452577110.

    So please Suggest me what to do.

    My daughter Shruti Bhatia r/o Malka Ganj, Delhi bought Lava Captain K1(BO1MRS4EOY)( mob. Phone vide order no.402-9727560-5138721 dated17.08.2017 and gifted it to me.The set is out of order. I could find your service centre at Panipat

Your service centre at Panipat is not giving service.pl.helpin getting it repaired or replacement.
