As per delivery rules, it is mandatory to deliver the cylinder at door step.But inspite of that your agency don`t even have fix or fixed no. of days to visit particular villages.people nees to sit from morning to evening for 2-3 days.Even i am waiting for 4 days.You people dont even answer the ph. calls.As a consumer i am not requesting you to take proper action, i am ordering you to better your service. otherwise i may need to visit consumer court.
