I booked new connection on7 jan 2017 (7046434737).Finally we have received conformation msg on 12 Jan 2017. The next day (13 Jan 2017) I pay full amount and the customer care lady said the gas cylinder delivered to your home 14 jan 2017. I called my time to AARTI FLAMES they said give half n hour only. LAst time I called 981805551 this no the lady said (IS SE PHALE KAISE KAAM CHALA RHE THE YE BATAO) is this the right way.
Please talk to your team & trained them how to talk.

I am not booking Cylender current time (17/08/2017) but 14/08/2017 I received a msg in my cellphone 'your indane gas Cylender is book & your booking no. This, after some time I received next msg your Cylender is delivered, but I am not booking the Cylender 14/08/2017 (and not received any cylender) 16/08/2017 Aarti flames worker come to my home and send me Aarti flame Cylender bill and told me your Cylender is delivered. How is possible ???????????????????

I had constantly asking about our delivery of cylinders from your toll free no. But they are not answering the problems as indane site is not working.

Please resolve my problem as my customer ID is 23528 and 11056 and agency is Aarti Flames(Faridabad).
The booking date has extended 3 days as per your records.

Sir mane cylinder 24/011/21 ko book kiya tha booking bat massege aa jata hai Cylender kab aayega, lekin es bar koi SMS nahi, mai ye janna chahta hu mera Cylender book hua hai ya nahi, Arti flam ka phone jo copy pe ya gogal par abdate hai Phone nahi milta hai
