Sub : Request for Justice for the serious Troubles & Harassments with respect to my residential place

Respected Sir,
My Self Saylesh Laxman Rathod , Age 26 yrs , resident of H-No-123-C Irla Society Road , Velankani Church Lane, Behind Dadi House, Rathod Chawl, Vile Parle west Mumbai 400056, staying at this place with my family consisting my Mother ,Mrs Savita Laxman Rathod , Eldest Brother : Jayesh Laxman Rathod & other Elder Brother : Ridhesh Laxman Rathod & me being the youngest son of the Family .
To give you quick background of the problem we are being harassed by few people named as Mr. Arif Dadi , Mr. Hiten Shah , Anil Gala & Mukesh Nisar , As my Grand Parents & my family are residing at the above given address from last 75 yrs , whereas this property was given to us by the Owner of the Land Mr. Joseph Gonsalves , by Making Gift Deed of the same in Favour of my Father Mr. Laxman Soma Rathod in the Year 1985 , The said Gift deed was lying with Mr. Joseph Gonsalves , before he was found dead on the Road on the 6th of July 2002 , After his unfortunate Death , the property document were forcefully taken by his brother , Mr. Wilson Gonsalves & his Associates . Later Mr.Wilson Gonsalves without informing us illegally handed over the land to Mr. Arif Dadi , where there was no documentation made & declared to us that this property has been sold to Mr. Arif Dadi , from that point of time , Mr Arif Dadi started harassing us , by abusing , send hitman to drag us out , pressurizing on us to vacant the place .The time passed & Arif Dadi didn’t succeeded in his intension , there Arif Dadi sold it to Hiten Shah ,the same way as did earlier where there was no documentation related to the Actual property except the sale Deed made between both of them which had no relevance with the property or the Property case papers. As the Deed was purely mutual understanding between them, So in laymen’s language Mr. Hiten Shah with his Advocate Mr. Anil Gala , gives him mind to throw us out & acquire this property & Mukesh Nisar being the active investor for Hiten Shah & Anil Gala’s prospectives. Where they also did the same to us as Arif Dadi sent Hitman to hit us drag us out abuses us , tortured us & Still harassing us to vacant this place where as in the government records the property is still in the name of Mr. Joseph Gonsalves , and we being the closest people & care takers of Mr. Joseph Gonsalves , We were given this place by Mr. Joseph Gonsalves to My Father Late Mr. Laxman Soma Rathod to stay , this fact is known to every body & even after knowing this , the said 4 (Four ) people are toturing us at their best level to get us out of the land. Even after being physically harmful at the most they didn’t stop & took the help of ”Small Cause court” & by making untruthful cases imposed on us Advocate Anil Gala succeeded in imposing “meanse profit“ under Rent Act & made us pay the rent to them & they are now increasing the rent illegally imposed on us. He didn’t stop after dragging us in the court of justice, he also imposed us to pay 6 lakhs to the court in favour of means profit, and warned us that if u will file another case or challenge this judgement the we will not spare you, he also mentioned that if u put any “vakalatnama” in the court then I will get the execution order and will get your home sealed and will make sure that you come down on road. These are the kind of harassments he makes to me and my family and they are really harmful.
We have a request to our Government to look into this matter & do the Needful for us , as we are economically poor by financial status . We don’t have anything except this residing place , My mother is physically challenged & my elder brother doesn’t earn much to contribute to my family . where I am fighting facing and dealing with this kind of criminals & unlawful people every day still sustaining at the core level we as family being mentally harassed & being financially weak it is next to impossible to resist more off to face these kind of people any more . I have always been threatened by these people where I fear I would be killed some day or anybody from my family would be falling in the deep trouble if the same thing keeps on rolling . I approached by registering “NC” against the culprit people but the policemen supported them & adviced me to make settlement with them & finish off the matter (NC copy is attached ) Court also did not favour the poor instead they favoured those people who are troubling my poor family . All they did by means of money , power & their contact it is really pity that me & my family kept struggling for our home & still we are doing the same in order to get a peaceful life , but it seems that we will not be heard not be provided justice and every thing will be going one fine day . As my father passed away on 2nd November 2015 , He was deeply hurted & they were living with the belief that one day we will be helped by the Law & administration of Indian Judiciary system ,but his belief went into vain , when he passed away , as he was under tremendous pressure of facing these people & carrying my family . after him we have been helpless but we still hold a hope in our heart that we will be helped & justice would be made to us . still the fact remains that these problems created by such people have taken my fathers life I don’t want this to happen with my mother as well as after my father she is taking the pressure alone & Staying depressed all the time , Due to which she undergone thru hand paralysis attack , but she survived . Me being with my father , accompanying him all the time to run for saving our home, I got my studies disturbed as my parents were old enough to travel & for the safety & security issue I had to drop my Schooling in early level, where I ended my highest qualification as Ninth Standard fail. The Biggest reason being my Non Performance in my school times was due to financial crisis where my family had to submit their earned money to the court as paying Rent to our residence hence for the, my family used to end up with no money for our education & progress , resulting to the destruction of my family & my family members got separated as situation went on being worst day by day . left with nobody to help support & request.

So I am left with my Old age mother & seeking for appropriate justice from our Judiciary System . Where I have deep belief in our constitution & its law & order .
