My Ups is not working since last 10 days , This matter has been reported to company, Luminous care centre BSI Luminous Bihar ( 9631949378) & Mr. Krishna head of the department Siwan (9905644455), And I am very sorry to say ,there is no reply .
I am really disappointed with the service of Luminous .
Hear by further request to look into the matter for rectification at earliest .
