I purchased Champion My phone 41 GSM Mobile phone under order No.4044309057 sub order no.4122407428 through snap deal on 07-10-14. The phone slipped down from 2 feet and now the display is not working. Kindly do the needful.

sir I bought champion trendy 531 phone through snapdeal on 10-7-2014 in my phone the 3G signal was not available only 2G is working in my phone I checked all the settings & even I contacted customer care all the things
are fine but I don't get the 3G signal what should I do? please reply me -
