It is more than a week that the cylinder is not send to us after the booking.such a poor service

Insane gas Consumar no Y 42323 was booked on 30 Nov 2014, till today the cylinder has not been delivered. Poor service. Other thing staff does not respond to phone calls.

I booked my gas with yogesh enterprises on 23-12-2014.My booking number is 238143 and consumer number is 77052.i have not received my gas till now i.e.18-01-2015 even after many calls and complaints.Very diappointed with the services.Please take some strict action and i hope to receive my gas soon.

I BOOKED MY GAS WITH YOGESH GAS ENTERPRISES ON 18-1-15. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 82148 NAME KULDEEP SAHAI.I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GAS TILL NOW EVEN AFTER SO MANY CALLS.PLEASE TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION I HOPE TO RECIVE MY GAS SOON.

This is not complaint jUST a request.I am having my gas connection with yogesh gas service.Janakpuri.Bareilly .no.6740.Iam out of India since Dec.2014 so could not submit my account no. Forbsubsidy.I will come back on 24th april.2015 then Iwill submit the same.

I am going there many times but they always postpone to give the papers on next day
please solve this problem as soon as possible

I booked for a refil on 2 March but haven't received the refil cylinder yet. I have received a msg on my registered mobile that cash memo 3000302186 generated for booking no.270860 on 15 March.
The worst part is the frustration when your phone no.2303027 remains unanswered even after calling probably 30 - 35 times . Can you at least answer the customer please.

My consumer no. is 50056 at Yogesh Enterprises. I have booked my no. 1.3.15 wide booking no. 270627. I am trying to connect a call with service no. 9412268454 but this no. is not picking. Please check and do the needful on immediate basis.

Gas connection is on my husband name and consumer no is 48850 , I book gas before 8-9 days . But they not deliver the refill cylinder. And if I try to call them they not picked the phone.

My consumer no. is 5381. Against my booking no. 33243 a cash memo no. 3000104802 was generated on 02.08.2015 as informed by SMS to me on my registered Mob. 9412531586.

I have gas booking on 22 Aug after 14 days I could not receive home delivery . agency not giving any cashmo to conjmer. Dr Arvind misra Powayan shahjahanpur 9450415749.

it is to inform the concern that the regulator provided by agency is leaing, also physical visit for complaint also done,,,but stll no any response,,
it is vey shameful that there is no any complaint resolution team to provide satisfactory solution to the customer,

I have a gass connection of indane with connected to yogesh gass agency janakpury.I had find my gass subsidy only only at once or two time and after that the subsidy transfered in my account has been stoped so i want to know why it had not been transfered in my account my consumer no. is 30438 pls suggest me what should i do for recieve my subsidy again??

I have done a online payment of the cylinder but the cylinder is delivered to another person.i have also complaint in the yogesh agency but they have not responding properly.So please resolve the issue on top priority.

Before the lock down period due to corona virus I applied for transfer of my gas connection.... But now nobody is there in the yogesh enterprise to avail me the service or to tell me about the Process... And nobody is picking up the phone which they have provided to the customer queries... So how to reach them and to complete the Process.

there is a repeatedly issue of non caring of customer. i hv book online gas connection & also paid online payment of the refill. i hv been told by distributer that your refill has been delivered but we have not received so far. it is regular scenerio of the distributer that he support other customers in other sense and we customer suffers. hoping for early disposal of my genuine complaint.

With due regards i would like to say that your company Yogesh enterprises is not giving real cash memo all the time. They bring false and wrong cash memo and we have to return the gas cylinder all the time. Cash memo stated that the amount has already been paid and the delivery man still ask for the money. Please look into the matter. My delivery is still pending.

Last month agency gave a local regulator and now it is leaking again, please look into the issue also agency is closed today, no chance of regulator anywhere.what should be done now.
