My agency is Shilpa gas agency Rama Vihar Karala and my consumer no is S13863. From Oct 2017 i m not getting proper gas in the cylinder. In Dec when i booked gas and delivery boy came, we measured it, it was 3 kg less then the actual weight. We didnt accepted the cylinder and the delivery boy said he will change the cylinder and he is doing again and again and I said him about complaint then he said "U Can complaint".
Plz see to it.. if we are paying full amount then why we accept less gas cylinder.

This is to inform you that our cunsumor no.is S14889 ,and agency is shilpa cas agency .we have lareday booked the cylinder on 25 march but we didnt receive the cylinder till now and not information of same .

We already done on oir side .so please do needfull as soon as possible.
