its been more than a week we have booked for the gas till now we got no response .The bludy customer care the are not ready to listen the matter .Its the first time iam facing to much problem .11701 i want immediate action or else we got no choice then cut down the connection .

Booked for "refill" on 21 Aug 2015. Not received yet. Nobody is picking up the telephone, landline or mobile: I have had the same experience in the past also, every time I tried to call them.

I am an existing customer of Ridhi indane gas agency Hari Nagar
We have some issue while changing the new cylinder one with old one.
Regulator was not fit in new cylinder.
So please come & Along with the technician or resolve the issues as per urgent basis.
