    Dear Concern,

    I visited with my vehicle i10 grand sports model for 2nd service dt. on 3/4/17.

    Further first of all due to urgency i had to left my vehicle for srvice & requested to almost all including GM but my request was not considered or in other ward ist falure to provide pck & drop services. Any way i picked my vehilcle myself.
    Secondly when id did reach home id did found that my all door galaces are not smooth as before servicing & it very hard to open or close the window glaces.
    Third i had facility with added feature to close opned window glaces automatically closed with in central locking systerm but now not working .

    nobody in service dept is taking my complaint seriously.

    Pl. intervenue to sortout the issue at earliest under intimation to me
