Dear Sir,
My connection got deactivated and I was asked to submit a few papers to have the connection activated at Gururakha Gas Sevices Agra. I submitted all the required papers. However, the connection has not been activated even after 15 days of the submission of papers resulting in a lot of inconvenience to me. Now the person, operating the system, says that he is unable to activate the connection and therefore I need to go to IOC office at Sanjay Place, Agra for sorting out my problem. Is this the right approach? Why can't he talk to the IOC people and sort out the issue. I request you to kindly intervene and look into the matter for doing the needful immediately. I shall be much obliged.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have done the booking dated on 29.01.18 and got the booking no. 424382 but still we have not received the Cylinder and we are trying to call them but they are not picking the phone. This is not 1st. time There is always a delay in delivering the Cylinder. Really we are fedup with Guru Rakha Gas Service Saheed Nagar Agra and also
the behaviour is too rude. We have no option except go to the higher side. Hence please look into this and do the needful
