    so the we can not weight of gas cylinder kindly do the need full

    Hi Team,

    Please help me here as i booked gas cylinder on 1st of dec through IVR, however so far, i just received 2 msgs, one for gas booked and another for bill generated and was showing an amount, however, its been more than 12 days, there is no status yet.
