I have been transferred from Tanuku to Eluru (TV No:200000042161883, Dt:16/03/2015). On submission of documents required for connection they are not receiving/accepting by saying- come tomorrow, come tomorrow. This is very sad and unfortunate to complain that till date the agency is not taking any action for giving connection. It is very important that they are not giving any receipt in token of money they are taking for connection. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
