Wish to repair dvd .

I had been to their service center at Rassaz Mall in Mira Road, but they cheated on repairs, because within 2 months the complaint recurred which states that the service people just oiled the part and gave back and charged me for Rs.1500/-.
How can anybody trust these people, there was another incident i had a 29" Col.TV of Philips the coil on the CRT was burnt and the servicemen who visited my place did not have any idea of service. He took from me the service amount and asked to wait for about 15 days, but he did not turn up i knew his intentions and therefore i had to go for exchange of TV and had to suffer.
WHEN PHILIPS HAVE CLOSED DOWN THEIR BUSINESS THEN WHY SHOULD THEY KEEP THEIR SERVICE CENTRES OPEN.

am not able to play video of any format, please need your guidance to upgrade or workaround, even i am trying to call mira road call center number, but no responce, do call #9930116959
