i recharged my 9647583723 on 22nd.10.2015 by top up of Rs.60 And Data Pack Of Rs.38 which is valid for five day. on 22nd when had surf the ineternet the balance was deducted from main balance . i compaliant regardnig this at call center but they haven't yet refunded my balance. even the customer care executives talk to me very badly. i need my money back .

mere number me kal ak msg aya tha."agar main apne number par 38 rupees ka recharg karrynga to mujhe 480 mb 2g/3g data mile ga".
maine recharg vi kiya retailer se.
but 1 hr tak mujhe mila nehi to main call kiya customers care mee uha se bola geya app wait kijiye apkko 12 hrs tak mil jayega.
ajj avi kuch der tak main ne customer care ma call kiye to ak madam bataya "apko offer nehi mile ga normal benefit mile ga",,,
uske bad unho ne hum ko blank transfer kar diye or call cut diya...or isi bich maa wo madam waha mobile use kar raha tha q ki mujhe samsung mobile ka tone sunai de raha tha bar bar.wo mera bat thik se sun nehi raha tha q ki mujhe lagta hain k wo us bakth social network use kar raha tha...
kya ai hain app ka service quality? agar aisa app ka service haa to boliye aircel use nehi karunga,
appse binti karte hain app iski upar karwayi kare or mera problem solved kijiye ga....
