I am using prepaid Vodafone number,(9787972736). From yesterday evening I am receiving irritating wrong SMS that "payment failed: your recent transaction for Airtel mobile number: 9787972736, Amount RS 250.0 has failed and transaction ID: 170924822581 has failed. Please click the below link to try again....." Which I haven't recharged. Moreover the mobile number mentioned is my Vodafone number. And this message is repeatedly flashing every 1 hour from yesterday. Can you stop this irritating wrong SMS. Kindly look into this at earliest, else you might loose all my and my families Airtel connections.

My mobile number is 9843427613. Past few days onwards I cont brouse and making the call properly. Net speed is very slow. Making the call or receiving the call I heard the voice clearly. But my voice not geared opposite side. This problem I am facing last one week only. My location M/s. RANBA CASTINGS LIMITED MUTHUGOUNDEN PUDUR SULUR COIMBATORE. Also I cont reach customer care officer via 198.
Many people using Airtel in our organisation. We are more desapointed. Kindly solve the issue shortly.
