My airtel no9847292159 post Paid connection changed to prepaid.but now incoming facility not available.registed complaint on 24.10.2018.till now no reply I am a customer since 2001 Hope early reply

Respected sir my Airtel number 9633282991 faces network problem very badly. I contact your customer care so many times. But no positive response from there. Please resolve this issue immediately sir.
