    Dear Sir,
    I am having Mobile No. 98250 32715 in the name of Shivajirao Ramraoji Chavan for the last more than 14 years. I faced so many difficulties in excess billing matter By this communication, I appreciate the the kind of services rendered by ur employee Shri Jagnesh Shah, Vadaphone Office, Stadiam Char Rasta, Ahmedabad. Everytime, he convinced me for connecting with Vadaphone. My grievance is that I am a Retired Govt. Servant and having BSNL Wi fi in my house, still internet charges were coming exhorbitently. For this no data or any basis was providee to me by Vadaphone. Simply a huge mobile bill has been drawn on my mobile. Many a time, I approached ur employee Mr. Jignesh Shah and he specified me and settled my grievance properly. Becaue of him only, I am still connected with Vadaphone. This comments has been passed as a token of respect and love to ur employee Mr. JIgnesh Shah.
