    Hello sir/mam,

    I am a customer of bharat gas, I want to change my book to my brothers name which is AKASH TIWARI. He is regularly visit at madhumita gas agency but they dont have knowledge. They daily tell him a new document for name change on book.
    It is not possible to come there and fulfill their carelessness.They are very casual. After 5-6 days now they told me to pay around 500/- for paper changes and so on....
    i am not denying to pay but they are actually wasting our time even after it they debate me for all these things. You are service provider u have to tell all necessarily documents first time. Their response is ridiculous.They said it is compulsory you have to pay. Please satisfy me ASAP.
