Sir/Madam,
I am a frequent traveler by eithad. On 17sep2015 I was issued with a ticket to travel on 29Nov2015 to JFK NY to Kochi and return on 25May2016. (reservation code EZNMVM & THE TICKET #6079663902821).Unfortunately, I could not undertake the journey on that date.
The travel agent refuse to issue me another ticket in lieu of the above ticket, let alone paying the refund back to me.
