I am AL Srivastava,Consumer No.CX8021805. I have booked for refill gas cylinder on Dec/16. But sofar I have not received my refill cylinder. Twice personaly, I approached to them,but reply is always," you will get today, sometimes tomorrow" Why such situation arises,when the refill cylinder is available.
