    I went der today to get the service for my dead Philip induction n 1st of all wen I get der no one was der,i ask the neighbouring shops,dey sd he might have gone for tea,ok... But wen I call him he isn't answering it.den for almost 1/2 an hr later he shows up.with me another customer came for his Philip trimmer service n he is a local guy he knows local language. The executive checked his trimmer n in local language says sir u have to give 150 for survive charge. N after examining my induction which has nothing much wrong as he sd in the begining, n for me he sd u have to give 200 rs for sirvice charge??? Is sirvice charge of all the Philip customers r variant on face bases??? Den he sd he have to change the motherboard of my induction n for it ,it ll cost me 1250 rs. Really?? Jus few seconds earlier he sd it's nothing wrong, it's jus due to oil got in , den later he sd it's due to dead cockroach's in der. Wow after hearing the price n his way to give services to the customer, I decided not to make it. N after dat he is soooooo ignorant to patch up the screws dat on my motherboard 2 screws r missing wen I ask he sd it's not der from the start. If I werent der to look at it he was not screwing all the screws. N den he ask for service charge for wat??? For opening n losing my screws??? He took 50% of the service charge ie rs100. Kindly look for it. We trust you Philip. Due to some ignorant people u r losing ur customers.
