    I have purchased it from croma in January 2013 ,,since last 3 months facing problems ..service engineer says to change panel at ₹50000/--
    I am a great admirer of Samsung and use Samsung phone,A/C,refrigerator,TV and call my home a Samsung home..but that is shattered now..within 2 years if I have to spend ₹50000 on my TV ..why should we buy Samsung products..pl,arrange for discount for new panel of my TV

    4 days of continuously calling Customer Care and no resolution to the problem of my fridge not working. No escalation path is provided, and customer care staff are indifferent. Most hopeless service.
