Camara clarity is very poor

The service man came with a old compressor,installed it , and said to watch for a day but that night the fridge (back) become very hot and stoped working. When contacted again the service man asked us to send it their workshop without saying any thing. And stoped answering the phone

since three to four days my TV has been showing blue black stripes screen and sometimes totally blank but audio audible.

it was unusefull
