    Hv bought Karbonn A30,Mar 2013,
    India time shopping.
    Order ID: 3002056078 Order Date: 28 Feb 2013
    Order Total: Rs. 11189
    Payment Mode: Net Banking .
    We are finding it difficult to charge the phone for few months, NOE it is totally dead.
    Pl advise what we need to do?
