I have been using karbonn titanium s6 sin 25/10/2014. phone software hanging and showing "setting is not responding do you want to close" kindly find the solution to this problem. i am staying in LB Nagar.

i have given my mobile KARBON A* , imei no 911331051565429 to SRI VYshnavi ENTERPRISES for servicing on 22/06/2015. But unfortunately that service center now is not giving my mobile phone to me. Daily he is playing with me that phone is not repaired. When I asked him about my mobile return he denied me to return the phone. Kindly take proper action against Sri Vyshnavi Enterprises, Vanasthalipuram. I am filing a case in police station as well as in consumer court against Sri Vyshnavi Enterprises.
