I am very annoyed to have this one of hand set of carbon a90. A lots of problems I m faceing like charging point nt working properly, betrey back up vvvvvry low , shutdown problem, data not running. At all I want to get my refund plz.

I came to your service center fifteen days ago and ask for battery(new) you wrote my cell no and give me the visiting card,and tell me when battery will come iinfom you.but you don't inform me till now.and your service center no is never responding so plz try to solve my problem.
