    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I Tushar Prabhune was appliedfor new current account @Chinchwad Branch. I'm an Insurance Agent n having Appointment Letter from LIC.
    Today I got a call from your executive that our branch manager required your license issued by IRDA. i was already submitted my appointment letter,I card got from Lic.
    When today I met with your branch manger, she told they require License issued from IRDA which was stopped by IRDA.
    I was told her all facts but she didn't agree n said sorry we are not able to open your current account without that.
    The question is still pending that is it really that licence required?
    If I'm having appointment letter from Lic that is not valid? ????
    Can you look into matter?

    I am not application send for new debit card, but your bank msg and also bluedurt msg me recievd ie(your axis bank debit card send your address and received by sunita)
    I'm not know she sunita and iam not received debit card.
    Pls replay.

    Dear Sir,
    I have an salary account in your bank, 2 months before I close it from your shirval branch. But still it remains not closed.
    For getting details about my account I continuesly called my home branch to chinchwad, but I couldn't get any support.i am totally disapointed by your service.
    Please provide help on urgent basis on following details.
    While doing close my account please info me that I canvert my amount in my further account.

    I am Sr. Citizen.I have two a/c No. 104010100074519 and 914010023751340 after receiving phone call from chinchwad br. Pune. I contact window no. 10 on 8.1.2019 regarding closure of one account no. 00074519 and fill up the form with transfer balance amount from 0000074519 to 751340. But still these two accounts are operative. please close my account and transfer my balance amount.

    Last 1 month I have visited 3 times these chinchwad branch regarding my ATM card has been stopped by Axis bank .
