I bought Karbonn tintanium S20 in the month of March from online portal amazon. within the 6 month, battery get swelled even following guideline of recharging. This is not the only problem. I am trying to find new battery in the market showing that battery but unable to find another piece because unavailability. Now my phone is being idle from last two month. Don't know what to do with the cell phone without battery. Can you please tell me solution.

I was purchased Karbonn smart phone (Karbonn Aura 1) of 9th jun-18, I am facing hanging and hand free, change not working I had visit near Karbonn service center Mohan nagar Gzb they are total denied for the service they are told me we aew able to provide services for this phone.

so can you suggest what should I do.
