My PNR no is C7236M from Patna to Kolkata at 8:45am. I reached the airport at 7:20, but it seems there is 100 Mt line at main security gate. I had to spend 15 mint there to just enter in the gate, after that there was boarding pass line and then at least 350 persons was there in one single line for final security checks. I think that's more than when we enter in a temple of India. It's simply awkward to see such a poor arrangements at international airport of India. I hope Airport authority of Patna will do something ASAP. thanks.

I travelled yesterday on 10th May 2019 from Patna to Bangalore in Indigo flight 6E178 which departed from Patna at 6.10 PM.I got my handy luggage checked between 5.30 PM and 5.40 PM. By mistake, I didn't pick my pocket-purse from the tray. Will you please inform me whether it is kept in safe hand.
