Maine check jama Kiya aaj 5din hue aur Naya bank account h clear nahi hua kiya

my name is munish attri. i have a account in your bank in baddi ( solan ) branch before 1 year but i dont have atm card. recently i fill a form for get my atm but the bank crews said your atm card will be reached at your home address but now 2 months has gone. i dint get my atm my card. now i am not in india plss do something about my atm card.
