my consumer is 716441
which is in the name of g.sambasiva rao but in the computer it is k.sambasiva rao its the problem still one year we are not get any subside cylinder.In book and bond the name is g.sambasiva rao but not in the system .In the office the changing surname K to G They ask 1500rs due to this still year we are not get cylinder so pls consider my problem give me ur suggestion.
