My Lenovo A6000 moible android version crypt. and not working please solve my problem.

I hv purchased Lenovo A7000 about a month ago.
Once i had kept it for charging for 2 hours(since it was fully drained and lolipop was showing 2hr and 27min to charge fully.
When i checked it out after 2 hours the screen was totally off and the phone was vibrating whenever power is pressed.
And while trying a call it shows switch off.....

I have Lenovo Z560 laptop and recently update it from window 7 ultimate to window 8.1. My laptop is unable to detect my wifi connection even though mobile is detecting and connecting to wifi. Even after downloading driver, still problem is persisting.

I am using lenovo k3 note since 2015. It was fine in Delhi but there is network issue other than city area. It hardly shown single baragarph of network whereas same sim in another mobile shows full network. I think it has poor network coverage.
