i have purchased lenovo smart phone model no. LENOVO A6000 on dtd 1st july 2015. we found so much handset heating problem and battery also gets so dry. even handset not in use, than also battery gets dry up to 90%. so i have given it to customer care at bapunagar, a'bad on dtd 2 october 2015. They had return as after repairing on dtd 12 october. but i surprised that the same problem occured till date. They had not done any repairing in it. what they had taken care within this 10 days ? i suffered a lot due to this problem. i need permanent solution otherwise i force to go for consumer court.
