    While receiveing voice call screen itself goes off.Even if I press on off button it won't works for nearly 5to10 minutes. Volume of voice call is very low.

    When I plug in earphone to my phone it shows the icon but when I remove earphone the icon will not go and we will not ear songs are sound it will be like in silent mode.

    If I restart or switch off my pone the icon will be removed .

    iam sorry to say i buy mobile last march and mobile battery out of working so i given to shimoga service center since 25 day back still not coming i waiting and i really to say i very bad feel to your mobile

    i bought lenevo vibe k5 plus from online before 3 months still today it was working clearly but today onwards means after 10'o clock suddenly it become switched off and never have a chance to switched on, i don't know how it happened, so give any suggestion to me for switched on

    I put my lenovo cell phone, when I take that in my phant packet some times it blanked, not completely switched off. Cell was not on when I press power button to open lock. Not opened when I apply finger print. It opens when I long press the power button. I don't know the exact problem. Plz tell wt am doing.
