Hi,sir i used lenovo A850 i bought 15 feb 2014, my phone is under warranty period... my batteru charging is not doing well.. it took more time to charge battery while charging... for example i keep continous 3 hrs for charging however it got only 45 percent battery charge... my question is can i get new battery from custermer service centre?

Must say the people out there are highly unprofessional, 1st they will not respond on calls and soon they will simply remove the receiver so that the call option becomes unavailable.

It is a mandate to visit the service center and take an update.

I suppose Lenovo is just a brand attached to a crap series of mobile phone. BIG MISTAKE.
Not worth it and dependable at all.

Do not suggest Lenovo to anyone.
Better options available. Atleast you do not have to roam around with a dead phone begging people to get it back to life.

They are not a service center since they dont believe in servicing clients at all. Never bother to pick the phone or talk properly in the rare chance that they do.

I have submitted a handset one week back (attached is the scanned copy of receipt) in the Nehru place service center for three complaints as mentioned below. They told me that they will call me back in a day or two but neither I have received any call from them nor from the service team. I have tried all my ways to contact the service center but unable to reach. Kindly help me as it is causing a lot of inconvenience without a phone. Hope you understand how it feels when you become habitual of a device.

1. Not booting since 2 days
2. Power button does not act at times
3. The headphone is audible only from one side and not on both sides. I have checked with many headphones from Lenovo vendors but the problem persists.

Hope I will get some acknowledgement from your side unlike the support service.

Hi I had a permanent touch problem and loss of contacts every time I connect my handset to Wifi so I visited your service center on 21st of August 2015 where your executive told me to leave my handset for one week at your service center and the problems will be solved so I did exactly what the executive said on 26th of August 2015 I received a call from you that my handset is repaired and I can have it on 27th of August 2015 I was very happy to see that your technicians done a very good job the touch was working great then I returned to my work place. The moment I connected my handset to the Wifi the loss of contacts problem still occured. Now please tell me what to do. Please reply ASAP

and suddenly my headphone not working.

I called to helpline number. am getting invalid number.

and i try to mail them,
they gave wrong information about service rules,
service center executive tolled me headphone will not replace hand to hand, it will take approx 4 days, after than i have to come for take headphone,
headphone worth is INR 350/-
and i wasted RS 600-/ approx , and 6 email, 5 calls, total 3 days for replacement

what nonsense service they provide.

I just irritate with lenovo services.
