i purchased lenovo A328 on 27/10/14.till 30/10/14 it was working,but after that earspeaker is not working. i am not able to hear anything spoken by the front person.it is in warranty period but how can a mobile get defected in just 3 days.please tell what to do?

Purchased from Magic City Mobile, Modi No. 3, Nagpur-440012 on 10.07.2015. Initially the old SIM card put in the handset, it was not working, thereafter new Vodafone SIM put in the handset. It was also not working. Today 19.07.2015 we contact the Vendor, they tried with both the SIM, same was not working. Now vendor refrain from replacing the handset with another one. and advised us to contact Service Centre of Lenovo. Please advise as the handset was not working since its purchased.
