I took my flight by home the following day 20/11/14. I didn't get time to check it. To my great surprise when i'm back home the keypad is not working and i'm supposed to gift it. Today while searching some apps a message appeared to download an app.or it will slowdown, may deleate data etc.I ignored it & continued viewing face book etc. but at arround 4.00 pm it slowed down & now it is displaying only lenovo powered by android only. even after switch off there is no change. sir, our computer is not showing the desktop screen and when we talk about this with the customer care they were saying that there is a problem in our computer hard disk and one of the person will come and check from there behalf, but no person came till the date.

There fore you are requested to kindly take this matter at priority and solve our problem.

we would like to bring this into the notice of Lenovo authority that despite of many complaints we are not getting favorable solution, as we filed our complaint 2 weeks earlier that our computer system is not working, monitor is not showing the desktop screen. our complaint no is: 8005236281. they assure us that a person will come and check the problem but till the date no person has come , After that when we ask them the reason for delay, they said that they have shortage of accessories with them. such a foolish reason, i mean if you have taken the responsibility to look all over India, how could you give us such kind of excuses. It is very much disappointing that we are not getting proper solutions nor even satisfactory answers. Is seems like we had made a mistake by purchasing lenovo product. our work is continuously effecting by this, as most of our work is through online. we made this clear to the customer care on the very first day of launching our complaint. but the only analysis we have made from your behavior is that you people are just faking your customers, No person came to check our computer system nor any satisfactory solution provided to us.
we would like to add that we are filling a complaint against your companies service center in consumer forum of Ambala, and if our complaint is not taken seriously by you then, soon you will receive a notice on our behalf from court. Hope this time you will take this matter at priority.

I submitted to the mobile phone to Ambala (Haryana) care center dated : 20/07/2015. But till now I am not getting my mobile. Care center Ambala operator are not respond well and I am not satisfactory with your services.

I purchased lenovo a6000 in match 2015 from flipkart. Whenever I try to download añy app from play store, message displayed is insufficient storage space, whereas there is enough say 21 gb in 32 gb sd card.
