    Hi,

    My Laptop hard-disk was got faulty and after submitting it Kolkata service centre the hard-disk of the Laptop has been replaced free of cost as it was in Warranty period currently i am suffering a software issue and temporary i have install window 7 pirated verson of operating system and now i want install with window8.1 as it was pre installed in the computer pls suggest. My Lenovo Serial No. is YB04050774 and it is G50-70 series Laptop. Regard's

    my charger was connected with spike and switch was off, but after getting short circuit in my home due to thundering the charger is not working and laptop is also discharged so that is also not working

    I have purchased LENOVO Laptop on 19/01/2015. From the very beginning network surfing is very very slow. It is having i3 operating system, 2 GB RAM and 1 TB HDD.

    Please inform whether warranty period expired or inforce? Also intimate where and with whom I should be communicate?

    1. When I connect charger that time phone produce external electric current.
    2. In charging it takes 8-10 hrs,and after full charge it gets discharge on 8-10hrs.
