Complaint No proper response

    sir i have purchased this mobile (lava iris fuel 60)on 10/2/15,from udalguri assam, but after using 3 month i have to face charging problem, it used to take nearly 10 hours to be fully charged. Due to this i have submitted my mobile in your service center on 18/6/015 then when i took information on 22/6/015 they told me that they have send the mobile to noida for servicing, then when i got back my mobile on 02/07/15 they told me that it was OK but i have to face with the same problem. when i showed it to the local mechanic they told me that the shell pack was not broken, that means they have not repaired the mobile. again i return back the mobile to the shop (06/07/15) where i have purchased so that i need not have to take the burden. Then i went back on 22/07/15 they told me the mobile was ok but for this time also same no repairing was done no shell of the mobile was broken, kindly solve the problem or i shall find my justice with the help of consumer court. mobile no 9401040279
