I read your article regarding passport application documents. I have the doubts regarding my new passport application documentation.

I am applying for fresh passport. I have name mention on educational certificate & pancard as:
Pooja Maheshwari

But my adharcard & voter ID has the name: Pooja Mundada

My school leaving certificate has the name as :Pooja Maheshwari(Mundada)

I want my passport in the name of Pooja Maheshwari

Will there be any problem while application.
If yes, kindly suggest the solution.
