passport not coming in house

I want to apply passport of my wife and 3 months aged daughter at bareilly-UP.
I am searching the way through which i can make consecutive appointments of both of then=m on same day,because it is very difficult to visit PSK for two times with same purpose.

If someone can help me then please help me.

Dear Sir /Mam My appointment reschedule 3 time last time i have visited passport office Bareilly my form not summited due to father name mismatch in voter id she is saying next time you will come with aadhar card my aadhar card now ok can I come with aadhar card but passport appointment had not happen due 3 reschedule attempt done my issue that can I come with out appointment because my fees already submitted if I will fill new form the my 1500 fees I has been west pls help me out ARN 17-0012714594
