    and refused scheduled Right Eye Cataract Operation on 20.03.2024,

    Sir,
    With due honor I lay before you the following facts for your kind perusal to take necessary action against the allied Susmita Sen ,so that the senior citizen CGHS
    Beneficiaries are not harassed and refused due to your incompetent, vindictive quarrelsome staffs so that the glory and good will of Disha Eye Hospital is hampered .
    My Cataract Operation under Dr. Avijit Paul was scheduled on 20.03.2024 after vigorous Tests and verification of Papers and particulars from Disha Barrackpore.
    Accordingly , I was reported to Smt. Susmita Sen ,Palta Disha Eye Hospital ,where she refused to accept my Original Referral letter saying that it is Xerox Copy not an Original as the Original Copy was signed by Black Ink by the federal Doctor.
    Ultimately, she refused to accept my papers for Operation and behaved rudely.
    Having no alternate ,I have rushed within the rains to the Mediclaim Desk, Barrack pore who was a perfect genital Lady after examining she was confirmed that it was the signature of CGHS Doctor by Black Ink , she then and then Called over the Mobile to Susmita Sen and directed her to accept the referral Letter .
    Please withdraw such a harmful and incompetent staff from this vital counter at the earliest to maintain the goodwill of Disha Eye Hospital.
