On 23rd december 2023 I had my keratin treatment in envi salons phoenix market chennai. Within one wash my hair was back to normal with curls the straightening of hair didn't last 1 week and when informed to the store they said my hair is not good instead of admitting them that they didn't do properly.im not satisfied with that and this is the worst one they did and hid their mistake by pointing my hair was bad.i need a proper hair treatment or else the money has to be refunded.
